What are the P&P costs?
Costs are done on weight and at the checkout you will be shown the price for 1st class recorded. Special delivery nextday must be agreed before hand. Free collection is by prior agreement only. Anyone using this without a prior agreement will have the order refunded.
Please note that special delivery next day should only be used once you have emailed us asking if the order can be done for a certain date.
Is There A Minimum Order Amount?
There is no minimum order amount, However , p&p costs will be no lower than £2.50
How Long Will I Have To Wait For My Order?
We aim to despatch orders with-in 3-5 working days, However, during busy times this may be longer, if you need more accurate times please feel free to email us using our contact page. We only post out Monday to Thursday.
Are the gifts Made To Order?
Yes, all chocolate products are made to order, We will not make anything unless an order has been placed.
What Is The Shelf Life On Your Chocolate?
Every chocolate will have at least 3months shelf life on it, However, shelf life may be shortened depending on how the customer stores it.
I Want To Place An Order But I Need It By A Certain Date/ASAP
Drop us an email using our contact page and we will be happy to try and meet your requirement. Please do not place an order before we have confirmed this.
Do You Ship Oversea's?
At present we dont ship overseas.
What Methods Of Payments Do You Accept?
We currently accept PayPal.
What Happens If There Is A Problem When My Order Arrives?
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, However, if you do have a query regarding your purchase, or would like to make a complaint, please email us using our contact page and we will do our very best to rectify any problems.
